Summer temperatures range from 23°C to 25°C during the day and 15°C to 19°C at night. The plant stock is composed of 65% Thea Sinensis and 35% Thea Assamica. The total area of the tea garden is 892 ha, with only 437 ha under cultivation. The soils are sandy-loamy and the pH value is 4.5 to 5.5.
