In this tea you will find a fine-tart, yet soft cup with organic quality.

For about 1 kg of tea , 20,000-30,000 leaf buds are picked and then air dried to a residual moisture of 20%. Further drying to 3% residual moisture is done in village baskets at mild temperatures around 40 degrees Celsius. The tea has a very light infusion and a very soft taste.

Only a few days are available for picking this high quality tea . The silvery-white down, on the partially still unopened bud, characterises this top tea .

Selected fresh jasmine flowers are added to this tea immediately after drying. After a dwell time, the blossoms are sieved off the tea and fresh jasmine blossoms are mixed in again.
