Preparation of Caramel Rooibos Tea

• 1 teaspoon of tea per cup
• The optimum water temperature is 95-100°C
• 10g to 15g of tea per 1l of water
• Leave to steep for approx. 5 minutes for a full flavour experience
• Rooibos tea can generally be left to steep for longer without developing bitter compounds.
• Rooibos tea is a classic hot drink, but is also delicious served cold as iced tea.
