Preparation of Japan’s green treasures Green tea

• 1 teaspoon of tea per cup
• The ideal water temperature is 70–90°C
• 10g to 15g of tea per 1 litre of water
• Leave to steep for 3–4 minutes for a full flavour experience
• Green tea can generally be re-brewed 2–3 times.
