Preparation of Christmas Glamour Rooibos Tea
- 1 teaspoon of tea per cup
- The optimum water temperature is 95-100°C
- 10g to 15g of tea per 1 litre of water
- Allow to steep for approx. 5 minutes for a full flavour experience
- Rooibos tea can generally be steeped for longer without developing bitter compounds.
- Rooibos tea is traditionally enjoyed hot, but is also delicious served cold as iced tea.
