This highly appreciated quality is produced in Taiwan in the mountainous region of Nantou. This short fermented tea is rolled firmly by hand. The short fermentation time gives the Tun Ting "Jade" Oolong a light fresh character. Other Oolongs are rather heavy in nature. These green Oolongs are more convincing due to their tart, deep spicy strength. A bright olive-green colour characterises this leaf. A light amber shimmering cup. A very lively cup in the first infusion. The memory of the scent of peach blossoms comes up.
