Close to the small town of Darjeeling at an altitude of 915 to 1,375m lie the cultivation areas of this rather small tea plantation, which has been one of the top gardens for decades. The qualities, mainly from China bushes, are highly sought after worldwide. The inbetween offered by us is characterised by a cleanly worked leaf, a light amber-coloured cup and an unmistakably delicately flowery bouquet. A beautiful tea with a lovely fine taste for the perfect "Sunday Afternoon". The correct preparation of Black Tea DarjeelingFTGFOP1 Jungpana (inbetween) is also crucial. Here is our tip: Use 4-5 heaped teaspoons/1 litre of the Black Tea DarjeelingFTGFOP1 Young Pana (inbetween) and steep it at 100 ̊C Celsius for about 2-4 minutes.
