A blend produced especially for us at the origin forms the basis for this really very successful, decaffeinated Assam TGFOP1! Despite, or perhaps because of, the careful decaffeination, we are delighted by this quality with its dark brown, well-made leaf with golden tips. In the cup, a highly aromatic, strong, malty flavour unfolds, with slightly chocolaty hints. The correct preparation of black tea Assam TGFOP1 decaffeinated is also crucial. Here is our tip: Use 4-5 heaped teaspoons/1 litre of black tea Assam TGFOP1 decaffeinated and steep it at 100 ̊C Celsius for about 3-5 minutes.
