The basis of this organic jasmine tea is the "Tua Chua-Lai Chau" (item 522819h) from the mountainous north of Vietnam. Theproduction steps of the Vietnamese variety are the same as those of the Chinese classic.The jasmine blossoms, however, are a variety that differs in taste and appearance from the Chinese variety. Thesweet-flowery fragrance adheres to the somewhat coarser leaf with tips due to the repeated "scenting".
