Some of the small tea gardens in Nepal are still cultivated by so-called "small holders", who are family businesses without their own production facilities. Aromatic and fine teas are produced here at altitudes of 1,000 to 2,000m, mostly from special China hybrids. Unfortunately, these are only available in small quantities due to the relatively small area under cultivation. A mild and very aromatic tea of first quality, with a light, smoky sweetness. The medium-sized, well-made leaf with many tips is striking. The flower is round and spicy. The correct preparation of Golden Nepal black tea is also crucial. Here is our tip: Use 4-5 heaped teaspoons/1 litre of Black Tea Golden Nepal and let it brew at 100 ̊C Celsius for about 3-5 minutes.
