Preparation of African Cup Rooibos Tea

• 1 teaspoon of tea per cup
• The optimal water temperature is 95-100°C
• 10g to 15g of tea per 1 litre of water
• Allow to steep for approx. 5 minutes for a full flavour experience
• Rooibos tea can generally steep longer without developing bitter compounds.
