The speciality lies in the variety, obtained from the Japanese Yabukita Cultivar and completed by the pan roasting typical in China. This tea grows up in the Jeju Island region at an altitude of 200 metres. The correct preparation of Jeju Gu-Reum Organic Oolong tea is also crucial. Here is our tip: Use 14 g of the organic Jeju Gu-Reum Oolong tea and steep it at 80 Celsius for about 2 minutes.
