We can now offer teas from this garden as organic! Almost 75% of the tea grown in Rwanda comes from small farms that are united in a cooperative called Assopthe. The share of orthodox tea is not even 20%. This green tea rarity, of which we are justifiably proud, thrives at an altitude of about 1800 m above sea level. After infusion, the irregular dark green leaves unfold a fragrant and slightly spinachy aroma, which accompanies our palate even after tasting. Bright, lime-coloured in the cup.
