A frequent ground mist and high humidity give this tea its special name. In China, in the western parts of Zhejiangs, with many hours of sunshine and a mild climate, this organic tea is grown at an altitude of 800 metres. Once the leaf is "ready" to be produced, it is worth taking a closer look at it. The leaf is characterised by a rich, very dark green which is distributed very evenly and slightly curly. The infusion is soft and slightly grassy. Accompanied by fresh-spinachy nuances with algae-like hints. Makes you think it could have come from a Japanese factory. Due to its different cuts, this tea is worth getting to know!
