We are pleased to be able to offer this extravagant plucking from organic cultivation! The success story began in 2000, when three tea lovers founded this fine, exclusive tea garden of 75 hectares in eastern Nepal to produce, among other things, semi-fermented top quality teas in close cooperation with several small farmers. This is a serious competition to the oolongs from Darjeeling and Formosa, of which only a few batches, each of less than 100 kg net, are exported every year. The tea leaves and their infusion smell intensely of hay flowers, the infusion tastes complex, aromatic-fresh, slightly earthy with a fine sweet spiciness. The correct preparation of Black Tea Nepal BIO(Hand rolled) Jun Chiyabari is also crucial. Here is our tip: Use 4-5 heaped teaspoons/1 litre of Black Tea Nepal BIO (Hand rolled) Jun Chiyabari and steep it at 100 ̊C Celsius for about 2-4 minutes.
