How to prepare Caramel Cream Black Tea
- 1 teaspoon of tea per cup
- The ideal water temperature is 95°C
- 10g to 15g of tea per 1l of water
- Steeping for 2–3 minutes provides a stimulating effect
- Steeping for up to 5 minutes provides a calming effect
- Avoid steeping for longer than this
