We have added another variety to our range of decaffeinated teas.This Assam Broken blend with beautiful, evenly worked grain, slightly tippy, is rounded off by a high proportion of CTC tea. Rather unusual for teas of this production type, it develops an expressive spicy-strong flavour profile in the cup, with malty notes. The correct preparation of black tea AssamBroken (Breakfast Quality) decaffeinated is also crucial. Here is our tip: Use 4-5 heaped teaspoons/1 litre of the Black Tea AssamBroken (Breakfast Quality) decaffeinated and steep it at 100 ̊C Celsius for approx. 3-5 minutes.
