A few weeks after the summer monsoon and just before the vegetation/winter break, the sun makes this tea full-flavoured but mild. In our annual search for top varieties from the autumnal season, we would like to recommend this excellent autumnal harvest: The leaf is medium sized, regularly worked and with larger, brown and green leaf parts almost to be described as variegated. The cup colour is dark amber, in keeping with the season. Aromatic, gentle and slightly spicy taste. The aroma is mildly spicy. The correct preparation of Black Tea Darjeeling GFOP Autumnal is also crucial. Here is our tip: Use 4-5 heaped teaspoons/1 litre of Darjeeling GFOP Autumnal black tea and steep it at 100 ̊C Celsius for approx. 2-4 minutes.
