This quality is characterised by a medium-sized, almost black leaf and a light, brass-coloured cup. Here is our tip: Use 4-5 heaped tsp/1 ltr of the Black Tea Darjeeling First Flush Leaf Blend and steep it at 100 ̊C Celsius for approx. 2-4 min.
