The carefully selected leaves are characterised by their dark Sinensis quality with silvery-white tips and unfold a bright copper-coloured cup when infused. Its taste is highly aromatic and spicy, with a soft, floral note.

For perfect preparation, we recommend steeping 4 to 5 heaped teaspoons per litre of water at 100 °C for about 2 to 4 minutes.
