Singell is one of the oldest tea plantations of the 87 tea gardens in Darjeeling. The plantation has been producing teas from controlled organic cultivation since the mid-1980s. The infusion has the typical bright bronze colour of Darjeeling teas from the second plucking period. The even, short leaf is very carefully processed and has many silvery tips. This full-bodied and very aromatic second flush impresses with its soft and velvety nutmeg aroma. The correct preparation of Black Tea Darjeeling BIO FTGFOP1 Singell Second Flush is also crucial. Here is our tip: Use 4-5 heaped teaspoons/1 litre of Darjeeling BIO FTGFOP1 Singell Second Flush black tea and steep it at 100 ̊C Celsius for about 2-4 minutes.
