The Avongrove tea garden is located in the Rungbong Valley overlooking the Balasun River, surrounded by dense forests. At altitudes of up to 1,800 m, very beautiful teas are grown organically. The basis for this is a high proportion of China and China Clonal bushes, which deliver fresh, slightly flowery qualities in spring and strong, aromatic qualities in summer. Our noble tea comes from the second plucking period, the leaf is slightly open and coarser in texture, with silver tips. Besides the spicy basic character, the infused tea surprises with flowery nuances and light clonal notes as well as a bright infusion. The correct preparation of Black Tea Darjeeling BIO FTGFOP1 Avongrove Second Flush is also crucial. Here is our tip: Use 4-5 heaped teaspoons/1 litre of Darjeeling BIO FTGFOP1 Avongrove Second Flush black tea and steep it at 100 ̊C Celsius for about 2-4 minutes.
