This tea is characterised by the Souchong ball leaf processing, typical for North India, with many green leaf parts. Very strong in taste, this tea will delight Darjeeling lovers even with poor water quality. The Sungma Tea Estate is located in the Rungbong Valley, where the tea plants are cultivated at heights of 1,420 to 2,360m above sea level and grown on approx. 281 hectares. This dark and light green Broken Pekoe Souchong delights us with its red-gold shimmering cup colour. It is strong and spicy in taste as well as in fragrance. The correct preparation of Darjeeling BIOBPS Sungma Second Flush black tea is also crucial. Here is our tip: Use 4-5 level tsp/1 ltr of the Black Tea Darjeeling BIO BPS Sungma Second Flush and steep it at 100 ̊C Celsius for approx. 2-4 min.
