In the winter months in the vastness of Yunnan province, wild tea trees grow from which this exceptional quality comes. The leaves are carefully picked. The changing colour nuances of the pure blossoms, from creamy white to slightly iridescent to moss-green shades, is due to the changing weather conditions. The production of this quality is still very original. After picking, the blossoms are dried by the sunlight itself, which is where the nickname of this tea comes from: "white pu-erh". Through further storage, further degrees of maturity can also be achieved. This process is called "aging". A lovely fragrance, crowned by a freshness combined with a tart note, culminating in a white-golden cup.
