This handpicked tea is handpicked at an altitude of about 750m in the back country of the Huan province in China. These qualities come from the spring production. They are picked between the end of March and the beginning of May. For the Organic White Cui Min Spring Qingsha, only buds that are still unopened are harvested. A mild aromatic and slightly hay-like taste characterise this infusion.
