Founded around 1920 in the name of the McNeil andBerry Company. The farm workers and their families came from the nearby "Bokotial" area. The name gradually changed to "Bokial" and after a few years finally to "Bukhial". Today, highly prized Assam teas are produced on about 570 hectares. One of these qualities is this coarse and evenly grained CTC. The cup colour is reminiscent of dark teak tones, the purple-red shining infusion develops spicy peat notes. Strong pouring cup with malty bready depth. The correct preparation of Black Tea Assam BOP (CTC) Bukhial is also crucial. Here is our tip: Use 4-5 level tsp/1 ltr of the Black Tea Assam BOP (CTC) Bukhial and steep it at 100 ̊C Celsius for approx. 3-5 min.
