A creamy, chocolaty nougat mousse in a glass, elegantly layered with deliciously fruity stewed plums was the inspiration for this rooibos creation. Soft, dark chocolate notes and a perfectly roasted nut flavour are accentuated by the sweet and sour fruit notes. Garnished with hazelnut brittle, sliced almonds, whole apricot kernels, cocoa shell and pieces of plum, this "dessert" definitely makes you want a second helping. Go on, there's enough for everyone!The correct preparation of the hazelnut and plum nougat/rooibos tea mix is also crucial.
