It bears its common name because it has a slightly fruity fragrance that is vaguely reminiscent of green apples. Our Austrian quality is particularly beautiful with its silvery lustre. With its mild freshness, it is delicious both hot and iced.The correct preparation of organic cut apple mint is also crucial.
