From the Tam Duong district, located in the north of Vietnam, we were able to procure this wonderfully crafted semi-fermented Oolong. It is not only very close to its legendary "brother" from Taiwan, but was also cultivated and produced on the basis of controlled organic cultivation. Between September and November, only very small quantities of this speciality are produced at altitudes of up to 700 metres. Based on the cultivar "Jin Xuyen", this speciality unfolds a flowery-aromatic bouquet with bready hints. The correct preparation of Vietnam BIOOriental Beauty Oolong is also crucial. Here is our tip: Use 4-5 level tsp/1 litre of the semi-fermented tea Vietnam BIOOriental Beauty Oolong and steep it at 80-90 ̊C Celsius for about 2-3 minutes.
