China White tea 'Yin Zhen' Silver Needle VE 1 kg

Yin Zhen Silver Needle is an exceptional China White Tea from the renowned tea manufacturer Lerbs & Hagedorn. To achieve the best results, the best leaf buds are picked for this special tea and then sorted out by hand. After drying, the Yin Zhen Silver Needle has a very light infusion and a very soft taste. This soft taste, combined with the high quality of the tea, make Yin Zhen Silver Needle a memorable and encouraging tea. For about 1 kg of tea , 20,000-30,000 leaf buds are picked and then air dried to a residual moisture of 20%. Further drying to 3% residual moisture is done in village baskets at mild temperatures around 40 degrees Celsius. The tea has a very light infusion and a very soft taste.
